frozen cookie dough

i made these cookies a month ago - mostly because the dough didn’t require much refrigeration time (30 mins) - and then popped a dozen or so balls of cookie dough into my freezer! Now, in just 11 mins, I have a perfect snack/dessert/breakfast treat(go for it!)
